Data Deletion

You have the right to request complete deletion of your personal data from GrowSEB. This page explains what data we delete, how to request it, and what to expect.

1. Overview

GrowSEB ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Laabam One Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. We respect your right to control your personal data. Under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations, you can request the deletion of your personal data from our platform at any time.

This page applies to all GrowSEB services including our marketing website (growseb.com), our SaaS platform (app.growseb.com), and any third-party integrations such as social media account connections.

2. What We Delete

When you submit a data deletion request, we will permanently erase the following data associated with your account:

Account Information

Your name, email address, profile picture, company name, and all account settings.

SEO Projects & Data

All workspace projects, site audits, keyword research, rank tracking data, backlink analyses, and reports.

AI-Generated Content

All AI-generated articles, social media posts, content optimization results, and conversation history.

Wallet & Billing Data

SEB Wallet balance, transaction history, and billing records (subject to legal retention requirements).

Social Media Connections

All connected social media account tokens, page permissions, and publishing history.

Uploaded Files & Media

All images, documents, and media files you uploaded to our platform.

3. Social Media Data

If you connected social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, or Threads) to GrowSEB for our Social Poster feature, we delete the following upon your request:

  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for all connected platforms
  • Page/profile identifiers, names, and metadata stored in our system
  • Social media post drafts, scheduled posts, and publishing history
  • Publish logs, error logs, and engagement analytics related to your social accounts
  • Platform-specific content variants and AI-generated captions

Important: Deleting your data from GrowSEB does not delete content that was already published to your social media accounts (e.g., posts on your Facebook Page). To remove published content, you must do so directly on each social media platform.

We also recommend revoking GrowSEB's access directly from each platform's settings for complete security:

4. How to Request Deletion

You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:

1From Your Account Settings

  1. Log in to your account at app.growseb.com
  2. Navigate to Settings → Danger Zone
  3. Click "Delete My Account"
  4. Confirm by typing your email address and clicking the confirmation button
  5. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

2Via Email

Send a data deletion request email to:

privacy@growseb.com

Please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Any specific data you want deleted (or "all" for complete removal)

3Via Contact Form

Use our contact form and select "Data Deletion Request" as the subject. Our privacy team will process your request and send a confirmation email.

Full data deletion completed

Once your request is received, we will acknowledge it within 24 hours. Social media tokens and connections will be revoked within 7 days. Complete deletion of all your data from our systems, including backups, will be finalized within 30 calendar days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion process is complete.

6. Data We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we may be required or permitted to retain some data even after a deletion request. This includes:

Legal Obligations

Financial transaction records required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years).

Fraud Prevention

Basic identifiers to prevent fraudulent account re-creation or abuse.

Active Disputes

Data relevant to ongoing or potential legal disputes until resolved.

Aggregated Analytics

Anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you.

Any retained data is kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Once the retention period expires, the data is permanently deleted.

7. Third-Party Platforms

GrowSEB integrates with various third-party services (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads, Google Analytics, etc.). When you delete your data from GrowSEB:

  • We revoke all OAuth tokens, meaning GrowSEB can no longer access your social accounts
  • Data that was transmitted to or published on third-party platforms is governed by those platforms' own privacy policies
  • Content published to your social media profiles remains on those platforms — you must delete it directly from the respective platform
  • We remove all locally stored copies of data received from third-party APIs

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of connected platforms for information about their own data retention practices.
