By accessing or using GrowSEB ("the Platform"), operated by Laabam One Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GrowSEB.

You must create an account to use the Service. All tools, including free-tier tools, require authentication — no anonymous access is permitted.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
One Account Per Entity
A single person or legal entity may not create or maintain multiple free accounts.
Authentication Methods

Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed via Razorpay (India/domestic) or PayPal (international). We do not accept Stripe.
Currency
Prices are displayed in your auto-detected local currency (INR, USD, EUR, or GBP). You can manually switch currencies.
Wallet Bonus
Paid plan subscribers receive a 10% wallet bonus on subscription activation and each renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of purchase.

The SEB Wallet is a prepaid credit system that powers all AI-driven features on the platform. Understanding how it works is essential:

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, spam, or black-hat SEO practices
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems
Scraping, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or misusing the platform or its data
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties or reselling access
Using automated bots or scripts to access the Service beyond provided API rate limits
Uploading malicious content, malware, or any material that infringes third-party rights
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service
Impersonating another person, entity, or GrowSEB representative
Enforcement: Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, at our sole discretion.
Our Property
The Platform — including all tools, software, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and content — is owned by Laabam One Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. The SEBX AI brand, tool names (SEB Sentinel, SEB Scribe, etc.), and associated marks are our exclusive property.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create using our tools. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, display, and store your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Platform without prior written consent.
Agency and partner plan subscribers may access white-label capabilities through the SEB Agency toolset:
Custom Branding
Partners can apply their own branding, logo, and color scheme to client-facing portals. All GrowSEB branding is hidden from end clients.
Subdomain & Custom Domain
Each agency receives an auto-provisioned subdomain (agency-slug.growseb.com) and may configure custom domains via CNAME.
Client Management
Partners can create, manage, and provision client accounts with granular access controls and reporting.
Partner Responsibility
Partners are fully responsible for ensuring their clients comply with these Terms. Violations by clients may affect the partner account.

Disclaimer: GrowSEB provides SEO data, AI-generated content, and optimization recommendations on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic outcomes, or revenue results.
By You
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Active subscriptions will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period. Wallet balances are forfeited upon account closure.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
Data after termination: Your data will be retained for 30 days following account termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request a data export before closure.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
